Do NOT stay here!
The staff was rude, there is a hefty fee to park (not mentioned anywhere online when booking), they also only have one parking spot on site, when we got there it was in use. We were told to park across the street, they would call and work it out with that hotel. We pulled up and asked where to park and were told we couldn't park there, they said they hadn't been paid for the last time so unless they came over and gave them cash for this and the previous one they were sorry but no. They were very nice to us and if we could have stayed there without incurring a cancel fee at Adare we would have. Also, the shower door would not close and stay closed. We had to tie it to the sink and it still flooded the bathroom. When I told the guy at the desk he said "people are rude and get back at us by taking remotes and breaking things" "it's too expensive to fix it just to get broken again right away". My question is what are they doing that so many people want to get back at them and how about learn from it and don't do it. It completely ruined our stay in London. Thank God we were only there for one night!

Really bad service!
Good location but rude staff and extremely small room for 2. We know that hotels around Paddington are not known for luxury but service are usually good but definitely not here. It started when we checked in, I didn't want to fill in my passport details into a public book that lies on the counter. Wouldn't mind if it was only for the hotels info as the receptionist claimed but then why laying publicly on the counter ? And I could see all the other guests passports number, nationality etc. When I mentioned it the receptionist started argumenting and was just generally rude. When we then came to our room there was urine on the toilet seat and the staff/reception guy was everything but helpful. He himself came up after an hour to clean it up but was really rude and kept the same attitude and bad manners throughout our stay. Really not a welcoming or even remotely close to being a place to return to.

If you want to pay for suffer
The worst hotel I ever stay! The stuff is so rude, yelling at customers and no manners at all. The room are so cold even turn on a little poor portable heater. The room is dirty, toliet is smelly I can smell it from my bed if I didn’t close the door, no hook in the bathroom, you can only put your towel and all the toiletries on the toliet bowl *gross* and the blanket have no filling inside. Poor quality of breakfast. One last important thing is they lost the water supply for the whole night until midnight but still, taking new customers without telling them the truth that there’s no water supplies in the hotel, no shower no drinking water. Wondering how they survive with so many 1 star bad reviews, bless you.

Cheap basic hotel near Paddington Station
Needed a basic room for a 4 day stay. Wasn't expecting to be spending a lot of time in room (busy sight seeing and going to theatre). Perfect closeness to Paddington Station and Heathrow Express. Great location for my needs - walkable distance to West End and many attractions. Easy to access hop on/hop off buses or tube. Room was basic and clean. Older Hotel, so was exactly as expected - stairs to walk, closet sized bathroom, only 1 electrical outlet in whole room etc. But clean and not too noisy. Breakfast was basic toast or cereal, just enough to get going in the morning. I would have appreciated some towel holders and coat hooks type stuff to keep myself better organized. Would have been tight with 2 or 3 people in he room, but was perfect for just me.

HOTEL FAULTY TOWERS
This hotel looked promising from the outside but once you got beyond the reception it started to look shabby and the room left a lot to be desired. Note the following points- #1 no wardrobe to hang any clothing up. #2 bathroom child sized you could hardly get in it. #3 The one pillow you was allowed was so flat that it may as well be non existant. #4 Sunday morning breakfast advised as finishing at 0930 but when got there at 0900 was told to go away it had finished. #5 Television had no working remote. #6 When supplied with a working tv remote was found to have very limited channels due to not having been tuned in properly. END OF RANT........
