Over night family time.
We were very happy with the whole experience. From the moment we checked in till we checked out we felt at home. Very friendly staff and the room wad awesome. Room temperature was a little stuffy but was ok to deal with. Was only there for one night but will come back.

Everything was great except for the room was very warm. It was difficult to sleep due to the warmth. No matter how low I would set the room temperature, it didn’t seem to cool off.

Never again. Horrible customer service.
Horrible. I spent 2 nights. Room was supposed to be non-smoking but still smelled like smoke. On Sunday morning, I went to leave and the battery on my truck was dead. My wife and I both went to hotel desk and were told they couldn’t help. Clerk first didn’t even try to help and just said they couldn’t. She acted put out because I told her I knew there was someone that could help. She eventually called security and told them I was really upset. I am not one that gets upset easily. She then said I didn’t have a mobile unit running. Manager then comes out of back room and again says they can’t help, but he would with his own truck if he could. What it came down to was that they could have gotten someone to help me but chose not to. They said it was a liability blah blah blah. I offered to have an employee walk to my truck with me with the jump pack and I would do it myself. If I would have valeted my vehicle they would have jumped it. Finally after I talked to some other people all of a sudden a security unit responded and jumped my vehicle. Like I said, it wasn’t that they couldn’t, it was that they chose not to. All in all 30 minutes was wasted. Horrible customer service. I will never stay there again and suggest others don’t either. After spending over $1000 in their business over the weekend, they didn’t even have the courtesy to help until after I spoke with the right person.
