My family was told to come back 2 hours after check in time.... Came back to a long line to check in. Extended my stay through a third party, paid for it. Was told to come back to pay incidental fees after 12 and reswipe my keys cause they was in auditing. Someone different at the front desk checked me out cause they didn't understood what was going on..But overall, the room was clean and comfortable.. alot of misunderstanding at the front desk. Maybe it was new people.

We checked in this past Friday 3/26. Checked out Monday 3/29. Never got room service at all. Saw the guy on 3/27 right in front of our room as we were leaving and told him we only needed towels. He stated " no problem " . He had a whole hamper of towels he was pushing. We didnt get any ! Next day, no room service. Next day they were across the hall. Figure we were next. They were in that room for about 5 hours. So, no room service the trip !

The room we booked in advance was not available. They blamed Hotels.com. After arguing a room suddenly became available but we had to wait 45 minutes for it to be cleaned. After we settled in the television didn’t work. They had no one on site to fix it. They offered another room, not the same type we booked. We took it and they said we would have to contact Hotels.com about the price difference. The room was a handicapped room with plenty of space but not enough seating. No couch and only two chairs. There was a loud party next door until 3:00 am and the hotel only had a single desk clerk on site to enforce the rules. At least that is all we saw. There were no working ice machines. One elevator was not working so movement was slow. Upon checkout there were no luggage dollies. The hotel appeared to be understaffed and improperly maintained. We have stayed there several times without problems but will never be back. We also question the validity of a confirmation number from Hotels.com if the hotel refuses to honor the booking. Is that a problem of the hotel or is it a Hotels. Com problem?

We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool for our kids. It was closed for no reason the entire weekend. The hotel staff was wonderful, but extremely busy. We only had a partial roll of toilet paper when we checked in and none by the second day, we requested more but with the hotel being completely booked, never received it. The rooms were clean, but they had obviously been through some exciting nights in the past. Shattered lamp shades and what looked like blood stains on the floor. I always choose a Marriott. But this was the worst wear I’ve ever seen in one. But just due to the staff being wonderful, I’d stay here again.
