Stayed in worse, stayed in better
This was an OK hotel. Not the worst I've stayed in and not the best. Could use some upkeep, but room was clean. Not many places to stay in Bossier. I would stay here again for an overnight stay.

Check in was good. But, I chose a King bed in my suite, was given a double, turned on the heater and it made a loud annoying noise, started smoking, thought it was going to blow up. Changed rooms, was given a handicap suite with double beds and adjacent rooms. I was very disappointed with my stay.

The first nihht we had to relocate to another room due to bugs in the restroom and no hot water. After being moved, the stay was ok. Convenient location. Good price. Nice staff.

no hot water
stayed three night. Nights one and two, the "Hot water" was slightly warmer than room temp. Night three, I let the water run for 20 minutes but it never warmed up even a little bit. Had to heat a bowl of water in the microwave to wash my face. Tried to call the desk but the phone did not work. Told the desk at checkout and the only response was that some others had complained as well.

Poor customer service
There was no hot water or you had to let the water run for 20 minutes in order to get semi-hot water. In one of the 3 rooms we had, the shower head did not work; just dribbled water out the back side of it. When reported to front desk, nothing was done even though the manager on-site was informed. Was told I would be contacted by manager but never was. Asked for discount on the room due to inability to shower, but, again, never heard a word from management. Will never stay here again.
