Our stay at the Wyndham Residence was comfortable. The hotel itself does not have its own pool, though they provide access to another property nearby. The staff were polite and provided standard service, though not quite at the level you might expect from a property located on the Dubai Palm. Overall, I think this property is best suited for families with children or guests planning a longer stay on the Palm, rather than groups of adults looking for a more upscale or resort-style experience.

Nothing good Construction was at same level of our room, we opened elevator and was Construction all over the entrance of floor . Room was not ready till 5pm Construction outside was 24 /7 we could not sleep overnignt .. Dont recommend at all ..

Lovely place to stay

One of the best holidays we ever have. The hotel is nice and clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious with kitchen and balcony with a beautiful view of the dubai marina. Cleaned every day. Coffee, tea and water refilled every day. Very tasty breakfast with fantastic people working in the restaurant. Free bus shuttle to Dubai Mall which was very helpful.. The only negative thing was pool which has been under construction but we could use orher one 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Basically highly recommended 👌 everything was it should be.

Thinking that this location will have an exceptional service, I was wrong. The place is a mess. Renovating the floor and the lifts and it’s still being rented out, come on Wyndham!! It felt like I was living in a construction building with dust and machines laying around.
