It does the job
It does the job at its price point. Good off-trip choice. Rooms are overused so they are worn. Elevator keycards take multiple tries to work. Confusing property layout takes a minute or two to get used to. Early checkout is possible, but late checkout is not so much. I had to follow up hours later for a room supplies send-up request.

Always Comfortable
Palms Place is comfortable and clean, and ideally located just off the Strip, and close to Spring Mountain and the highways. We always have a great stay here, friendly experienced staff, good amenities, and the rooms are like a studio apartment.

Five star price, three star hotel...
Hotel is dirty all around for the most part. When comparing to some of the other luxury hotels, like Aria, Wynn, etc. this does really measure up. Our shower head was crusty and gross and on day one we saw a baby roach in our room. The floors are not clean the the rest of the hotel was grimy as well. Just not worth the luxury price you pay, you're better off in one of the true luxury hotels on the strip.
