Fab choice for some sanity off the strip. Yes it is a good walk or taxi from the strip but there is no need to travel if you don’t want/need to.

    Palms place

Only stayed for one night after flying in from the UK. There is no airport shuttle and it is some way from the strip. However, the staff were all very friendly, the rooms very large with impressive bathrooms and the breakfast buffet good and inexpensive.

Large, modern and very comfortable suite, amazing views, great amenities. A little odd to have to ask for crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils to actually be able to make use of the kitchenette though. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly the Palms Resort shuttle bus drivers, but would have liked the shuttle bus service to run a little longer, say til maybe 10pm instead of 8pm. Only real negative was not being allowed to take a small, half empty bottle of water to the pool area, despite explaining it was so I could take my medication (I have Parkinson’s Disease), and even showing them the meds!

Worst hotel staff in Vegas, and lazy maids too.

I have never paid so much to be told "I dont know what to tell you" by people who are literally employed to know what to tell you. I am floored. The 3 ring circus of a staff does not care one iota about their guests and it shows. No luggage carts "because of covid", so their solution was to leave 2 women to carry more luggage and groceries than they could physically handle up to the 38th floor. They refused us any kind of help. The front desk clerk told us the security guy would "probably" watch our stuff if we had to leave anytbing down there and come back for it. The very rude pool boy was standing in for the security guard. I asked him for help, and he said it wasnt his job to help me and gave me attitude, then proceeded to gaslight ME when I told him he was being rude. My friend overheard him bragging to a co worker about refusing to do what "that lady TOLD him" to do not even 20 minutes later in the lobby. The bathroom smelled lightly of mildew and the balcony was beyond filthy, like it had NEVER been cleaned. The lamp didnt work. I will NEVER ever EVER stay here again. Over $500 for 2 nights to be treated like garbage and refused any kind of help or hospitality. This may be the stay that makes me never stay at another Las Vegas resort again in my life, honestly. It was that terrible. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel where the staff actually cares about their guests.

Works but felt like an apartment bnb not a hotel.

Room was extremely dusty, and we had no access to a vending or ice machine or any in room concierge. Pool/amenities closed friday night 6pm and opened saturday at 10am, with our check in at 4pm friday and check out Saturday 11am we were left with a maximum 3 hours to use facilities that cost 50$? The service was fine all employees and security were nice and easy to work with. The pull put bed was a joke, it was so uncomfortable along with the middle of the bed had a dip in the middle.

Keep your money and go somewhere else worth it if

For starters I feel for the price I paid to stay I should have felt both comfortable and welcomed. Neither of which were the case. The room had diapers in the draws from how ever many visits ago. The fire place frame was hanging off and dangling. The couch was filthy with stains. And the pull out bed had no sheets. No extra sheets in the room. Anywhere the refrigerator made a loud noise that was non stop, when my complaints where made to the hotel manager Joseph. He didn’t acknowledge any or my concerns or even offer to move us to another room. I have been trying to find a way to file a former complaint on both my stay and the manager. It was not worth the prize what so ever. Will not be returning to the location.

Clientele was a little sketchy for what is a 4.5 star. We thought this was a hotel, and didn’t realize it was condos until after booked. Great view.
