    Fair 4.0
Too expensive for the service and accommodation provided. The staff needs to be more accomadative for guests. No room service. Overall stay was not as expected.

    Great short stay
My 2 girlfriends and 1 stayed here for 3 nights. The room was very clean & tidy and breakfast was very nice and varied! Overall a very pleasant stay. I would say the pool is nowhere near as big as it looks on the pictures. But great to cool off inZ

    Nice Stay
Went for a long weekend. Lovely hotel close to all the tapas restaurants and bars. Good location for visiting the sites.

    Good 6.0
Good location but quite noisy particularly in the mornings with the cleaners banging everything in nearby rooms and above. No chance of a sleep in here. Also complimentary water is only for the first day which was disappointing given this is standard at some other hotels.

    Exceptional 10.0
Love this hotel, a great find.
I stayed at Hotel Ganivet for 3 nights in September 2018. The hotel was very welcoming and friendly. I wanted to drop my luggage off early so I could explore Madrid and instead they allowed me to check in early and have access to my room. The hotel was quiet; I guess because it was midweek. The roof terrace is lovely with new sun loungers, tables and chairs and umbrellas. The pool although cold and small was actually very nice and looked very new. The room was a little noisy, I could hear crockery banging at all sorts of times but I know I am a light sleeper so may not affect others. Room was clean, bed was great, bathroom nice too. Good location for walking in to Madrid or the Metro station is on the same road.

Really nice hotel, situated in a fantastic location. Clean rooms, I would recommend upgrading for the balcony Great staff The only criticism I have is that the pool didn't open till 11am which I think is crazy since its so nice on a morning Pool area was lovely, and there was no sun bed hogging ! Which was great
