The receptionist saw us at the door and did not open it. We had to knock and get the attention of another guest, who eventually opened it for us. She then questioned whether breakfast was really included for two people. I did not understand the question, since it was clearly stated in the reservation and it was a booking for a couple. I asked for a late check-out and received a loud no. I then asked if we could leave our luggage in the morning, and she also said no. When I asked if there was any alternative solution, she replied: “Leave it in the car.” We arrived by train. Then, she walked away and left me talking to myself. Extremely rude behavior. At dinner, I asked if it would be possible to take the food to the room, and she said: “Take the plate and carry it yourself.” That is what we did. The next day, with another hotel staff member, I tried again to request a late check-out and luggage storage, even offering to pay an extra half-day. The response was completely different: “Ok, you can stay until 1:00 PM. You just can’t stay longer because the hotel is fully booked.” A total difference in attitude and professionalism. None of the power outlets in the room worked. Only the bathroom outlet functioned. A hotel without an elevator cannot be considered a 3-star hotel. This type of staff behavior is unacceptable.

Accueil agréable et chaleureux. Personnel très disponible. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi, du sauna et de la piscine ce qui a été très reposant après plusieurs heures de route. L'hôtel ainsi que son restaurant sont bien. La chambre que j'ai eu était bien mais manque d'éclairage (uniquement les lambres de chevets et une lampe de bureau). Le petit déj est bien complet, il y a du choix. En revanche, le Wifi c'est la cata. Depuis la réception, ça fonctionne mais une fois dans la chambre, le Wifi est en "erreur", on est bien connecté mais internet est inaccessible. Vous pouvez toujours vous poser au bar si vous avez besoin de travailler mais quand on indique hôtel avec wifi, c'est pas l'idée.

Le séjour d’une nuit a été très moyennement satisfaisant. Attente à l’accueil qui de plus n’a pas été très chaleureux. Carte bancaire débitée avant notre arrivée alors que le paiement était prévu sur place. Impossible de dormir en raison du déclenchement d’un appareil qui a finalement cesser après que nous ayons fini par contacter le numéro d’urgence en pleine nuit. Hôtel qui méritait un petit rafraîchissement et une attention un peu plus précise auprès de sa clientèle. L’attention semble portée sur le restaurant.
