We had a lovely stay . It was our daughters 21st birthday and she had a lovely surprise with balloons in her room and a complimentary drink too . The staff both at reception and in the restaurant were very good and found us a table to enjoy drinks at and later in the evening bringing our daughter a surprise chocolate biscuit with a candle in and sang happy birthday .

Great hotel. Great location
Stylish hotel with a buzzing atmosphere. Speedy check in with helpful friendly staff. We booked a roomy room which was larger than the standard with a very spacious bathroom. We had a great sleep and the room was lovely and quiet even though we were on the front corner of the hotel. We had complimentary water in the fridge with a bottle of fresh milk which was great rather than long life cartons. Location was ideal as it was only a 2 minute walk from Holborn underground, and a similar distance to Drury Lane where we were attending a pizza making class. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent location for theatres, Covent Garden, Chinatown etc, hotel staff lovely, very helpful and friendly. Room, although no outlook was very comfortable with excellent facilities. Would stay again.
