Good customer service. Clean, with fresh paint. The bathrooms are functional, but well overdue for update. In-room sink/counter was new, but toilet/shower room was 80’s era, as was HVAC. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, as advertised. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Seems to be a relatively safe commercial area. I would expect a slightly lower price point than the $140 I paid, but all in all I would be willing to stay here again, if needed.

This was okay. The renovations were necessary, but I feel they did not go far enough to modernize the place. Main room door had only a deadbolt, no security chain or peephole (so if you wanted to see who was knocking at your door, you had to completely open the door to see). Bathroom had a light that would not operate without a fan (annoying), carpets needed some shampooing (white socks turned black each evening), and the air conditioner--held together with zip ties--created a smell like sweaty gym socks (ended up just leaving the window open all night instead of using the air). The beds were the smallest twin beds I have ever seen. Two people could not sleep comfortably in one of these twin beds. The breakfast was good, a decent variety of foods (even if there was no rotation).

We were in town for a short weekend visit and knew we wouldn't actually be at the hotel for much of the time. We chose this hotel based on low price. For the price, it was a good deal. Easy to get to, several restaurants close by. Our biggest complaint was the strong small of deodorizer or something floral. The windows opened so it was fine. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice.
