This place is ideally positioned for Nantes centre. A five minute walk and you can access all you need, bars, shops, museums and eating out. But...be aware that this property is tired. The kitchen was falling apart with damaged doors. The bathroom cabinet was in a poor state also. The bed was ok, the terrace was private and great.

This is a crummy run down strange apart-hotel. Old think towels, zero amenities, no receptionist evenings & weekends, fresh towels were not offered, location is great but you are sharing a hall with families and young children making noise and cooking in an apartment building environment, not a hotel at all.

We arrived after the front desk was closed - not knowing that we would be unable to get in as no one contacted us with the entry code. Luckily we were able to call and speak with someone who gave use directions on getting the key for our room. The room was fine at a glance but did have some problems. The handle of the faucet in the shower was broken, and the shower head wouldn't stay in place, meaning we had to use the showered as a handheld piece. We also didn't have any lights in the upstairs area, but they were able to fix that. the general cleanliness, especially of the bathroom and patio area, was subpar, but it fit us fine for the few days we were there.

Séjour globalement moyen. L’accueil était bon et professionnel, rien à redire de ce côté-là. En revanche, plusieurs points négatifs : le lit n’était pas propre (présence de poils) et il y avait beaucoup de poussière sous le lit. La télévision fonctionnait difficilement, il fallait manipuler le câble pour qu’elle marche, sinon elle se coupait, ce qui est assez contraignant. Côté salle de bain, le lavabo était bouché et la douche évacuait très lentement, ce qui rend l’utilisation peu agréable. Dans l’ensemble, ça reste correct, mais avec ces problèmes, l’expérience est plutôt mitigée.

Arrivée en dehors des heures, les explications données étaient claires afin de me permettre de récupérer les clefs de mon studio. Le logement était propre (un bémol sur la douche et la lunette des toilettes). Bien situé, et avec un parking. Personnel: agréable et à l’écoute.
