The hotel has very detailed instructions how to go to the hotel by car whilst avoiding the ZTL, the restricted area for vehicles. Perfect service to guests. Fre parking available. The hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from Siena cathedral. Nice personnel. No elevator. Good breakfast, goid beds, good air condition. This hotel can really be recommended.

Great location, beautiful old hotel such beautiful furniture. All the staff were excellent so helpful with directions and information. No lift but the staff carried bags to our room. The room was quiet air conditioned. The bed very comfortable. Bathroom well appointed. Breakfast included an excellent selection and catered for Gluten Free. Evening meal in their dining room had plenty to choose from at a very reasonable price. A good selection of wines by the glass or bottle. The waitress greeted us warmly and remembered our choice of wines from the night before. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Fab hotel - staff were very helpful as we arrived before the room was ready. There are no lifts but the steps of the staircase were wide enough to not be a problem with luggage and the staff were available to help with dealing with that aspect. Hotel was a lovely boutique historical place and very close to everything in Siena. Small car park next door which was handy. Would absolutely recommend staying there - room was big and well appointed, a good shower and it was very relaxing.

Very nice hotel located right at the entrance of Siena’s old town. There is parking which is always a plus. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was ok, nothing special but a good option to get some coffee in before more serious meals during the day! Would recommend.

We were not aware the parking area was very small so we did not reserve a space, but managed to get one the next day also we were on the second floor and there is no lift the staff helped us with our bags.
