Nice hotel
Housekeeping did a fantastic job. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very cordial and helpful. I did not feel welcome by front desk staff. Also the food staff wasn't very helpful or inviting with providing food service during our stay. The server reluctantly provided more waffle batter. Also elevator went out once we were leaving. Not any fault of the hotel but very difficult getting luggage down the stairs after a three to four day visit.

Quick Over Night
My stay at the Clarion Pointe Madison was a very quick / short stay. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. It looked like it was a brand new hotel. I had to leave too early in the morning to try out the breakfast. I would definately stay here again.
