The most terrible experience
The reason of the appaling rating is the level of dirt of this hotel. I arrived with my mother, who is 72 years old very early in the morning. At first, we were glad they kindly gave us a room straightaway for what I was grateful after a long train journey to Vienna. To my surprise, the room had a column in the middle, see attached pictures: there was just one chair to sit, no room for the luggage... Worst of all, the floor was absolutely dirty, also see pictures: As it was early, I asked the cleaning lady on that level to clean the floor, which was full of dirt, as when you drop liquid and do not clean it, awful feet sweat smel on the carpet ( which had not been vacuumed) and mould in the shower room. I called reception, they said they were fully booked so they would not change the room. I went to the the cleaner and asked her to clean the floor, she said they do not clean floors just beds and part of the toilets. I told them I would have to clean it clean it with the shower gel the hotel leave in the room as I cannot leave my mother sleep in a nasty dirty place like that: the cleaner said that was up to me, so I used the shower gel to clean the floor, it was disgusting. When I checked out, on my way to Venice, I received an email woth the shiftleader of the hotel asking me to pay for the shower gel I had use to clean the floor! I paid as did not want to have issues, but this is what you can face stayibg in this place.

Happy with my stay
We were there for two nights to see Christmas Markets this hotel was in a great location for that. You could walk to most the major sites. It was also close to bus and tram links. The Rooftop bar was lovely as was the restaurant. Very friendly staff all in all a great stay

The 25 Hours Hotel, Vienna, September 2017
On check in we found the reception staff a little unwelcoming and information given to us about breakfast not quite correct and inflexible. However, during the check out the gentleman who dealt with us was helpful and friendly. We had no hot water during the second morning of our stay because of some fault with the hot water system. The hotel waived our breakfast charges in compensation, which was a nice and appropriate gesture. The hotel and its environment is more suited to young people. the room was small and there was little space for suitcases (except under the bed) and no wardrobes. Breakfast was generous and good but not cheap.

Great circus themed hotel
Great hotel and perfect location for exploring Vienna. The hotel theme is brilliant - both of us loved the unusual decor of the room. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. We took advantage of the free bike hire at the hotel which meant we could explore further afield. Bar is also excellent, with some interesting cocktails made from Austrian liquors.
