The hotel is in the middle of everything and on the main road of Tulum town, close to restaurants, shops, etc. The downside is there is loud music starting in the afternoon until late 2-3 am. There are basic amenities in the room but the bathroom/toilet does not have a door! Staff is friendly and helpful, and we liked the music hence the mediocre rating.

Gutes Zimmer/Laut/schlechter Service
Gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, gutes Bett - kein Wasserdruck bei der Dusche, Fenster nicht dicht und nicht schallisoliert. Auf einen Samstag unmöglich zu schlafen. Bis 3 Uhr trotz earplugs Lautstärke wie in einer Disco. Service am Empfang und beim Frühstück leider schlecht. Das Frühstück war ok, dass ich beim Rührei dann 25 MEX für Toast extra zahlen muss, ganz witzig. Ich leider nicht wieder.

Fresh but noisy
We stayed there for one night, the room was very clean and new. Location is good and convenient. However we did not enjoy the stay that much due to the extremely loud music played in the hotel during the night until early morning. Earplugs didn't help. If you are up for parties, this is the spot for you. Also at the breakfast, we waited around 1 hour after we ordered the food.

Fint hotell med bra läge i Tulum. Rummen är fina och personalen är trevlig. På taket finns en fin bar och restaurang med härlig vibe. Boendet hade varit 10/10 om det inte var för den absurda höga musiken som spelas långt in på kvällen och som hörs in på rummet. Dessutom saknas dörrar in till badrummet så man får inte vara allt för blyg för att gå på toa framför den man reser med.
