Residence Inn Providence Coventry, West Greenwich

Overnight stay; Good room, professional and helpful reception staff. A good nights sleep. Room was incredibly clean. Generous continental breakfast. Close to I95 Dopwnsides; Fridge was noisy. The armchair must have come from a thrift shop- it was worn and tatty.

The first night while making up the studio couch, we discovered a pair of womans panties tucked in the bed. The next day the toilet was not cleaned. No excuse we had already made our beds and picked up the room.

Good solid hotel, a few minor things that makes it a 4/5.

We stayed at this hotel two weeks in a row and couldn't have been happier. This hotel emphasizes and epitomizes CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the initial phone call for the reservation, to check-in, to bothering the front desk for an iron when mine was right where it should have been, this hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Everything is very modern and updated. The pool and the work-out room are both in great shape and easily accessible. The free wifi works well, and the free breakfast is very good (just ensure you go early - it gets crowded). I would be remissed if I didnt mention the help of both Adam and Alex (I think? - sorry). Adam in particular was most helpful adjusting our reservation on the fly so our (130am) check-in didnt miss a beat. The owner of this hotel should be very proud of the staff. You are all great, from the managers to the kitchen staff, to the wonderful women who cleaned our room. Please keep it up, we will be seeing you again soon.
