The room was lovely and clean. We had a balcony, not the best view but a nice little area to sit outside. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Free coffee all day as well. We used the laundry room which was great too. Hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle so nice and quiet at night. We paid to park at the hotel which I think was a bit expensive but did for peace of mind.

The hotel was very nice upon arrival. Great amenities. Free laundry. Indoor pool. The works. Unfortunately, this hotel is infested with bed bugs. I have over 50 bed bug bites on my arms, legs, back, breast, and butt. I had to wash my laundry several times when I got home because I’m terrified that I brought bed bugs back home with me. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this from a hotel. The hotel appears to be nice but I will no longer be staying at any Hilton hotels going forward. Days after my vacation has ended when I should be refreshed, I am home miserable due to itching uncontrollably. Please reconsider staying here if you can help it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful the property was very clean and maintained. The hotel had everything as advertised from a washing/dryer room to a fully functioning gym which was very nice. Room was very comfortable and clean this was my first time visiting New Orleans for a couple of days and I have no complaints at all about this hotel. It was a very small walking distance to the French market, trolley(street car) and the French quarter from there . I will definitely be staying here again when I visit New Orleans again

Q was the best hotel host I have ever met. She gave great advice on where to eat, and was always welcoming when we returned. The room was very clean, large, the beds were comfortable. There was room to sit at the desk without being in the way. The parking was on the street or their secure garage. Plan for the garage. It may seem pricey, but worth the convenience and peace of mind. The pool was delicious. It is located a walking distance to everything in the French Quarter. Turned out, after touring NOLA that we had the best location too. Breakfast includes a hot bar with vegetarian options. Definitely going back. Thanks, Q, for being a fabulous front desk hostess.

Everything was wonderful! Super walkable to the french market and frenchmans street. Very safe area and their extra safety steps like buzz in front door and gated parking were much appreciated. The room was extremely clean and everything was new and updated! The staff was very nice and helpful as well. Was very happy with our stay, would definitely stay here again.
