Good for the price

It's a nice hotel with good sized rooms. We were pleasantly surprised to see a small refrigerator and microwave in the rooms, with table, chairs, sofa at no extra cost. The couple who manages this hotel are very friendly as well. It will be nice if they provide the proper tea cups in the rooms, instead of the plastic ones. But overall we were happy with the experience.

The front desk lady that checked us in was very nice. Limited parking out front, but it’s free and we got a spot. Rooms are nice, though a little dated. Slow internet, but you’re in the heart of the Black Forrest so it is what it is. Overall great location and friendly staff. I would absolutely recommend staying here. Easy short drive to the buses for the Christmas market too!

Matrass extremely soft. Tv quite small and at a strange angle to watch from the bed. Room was advertised as "Poolside", which was true, but in fact it was in a souterrain with full view against a semi-basement-concrete-wall. We didnt come for the pool, yet this was kind of strange. Heruntergekommenes altes Haus. Man sieht, dass alles von den Besitzern selbst "repariert" wurde. Uraltes Bad, selbst gezogene Fugen, Zimmereinrichtung zusammengewürfelt. Alte Zimmertüren, man hört jeden Gast draußen im Flur vorbeigehen. In der Dusche gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Bin nicht sicher, ob der Bettbezug frisch gewaschen war, kam nicht so vor und war total verknittert. Dieses Hotel wird lieblos und nur mit dem Gedanken ans Geldverdienen ohne Investition geführt. Ich bin froh, dass ich nur eine Nacht gebucht hatte. Habe mich selten so unwohl gefühlt wie in diesem Zimmer.

Mensonge au niveau de l'annonce pas de piscine pas de sauna accepte pas les chiens. Ont nous a jeté dehors vers 20h ont est rentrés chez nous 2h de route. Ont voulait payer un supplément pour les chiens ils ont dit dehors. Et les chiens étaient autorisés sur l'annonce

Nous sommes arrivés à 19h30 et personne a la réception, nous avons sonné plusieurs fois à l’interphone….. personne ne nous a répondu, donc au bout de 40 min nous nous sommes résolus à trouver un autre hôtel. Nous avons fait une réclamation à hôtel.com qui les a contacté ces propriétaires sont d’exceptionnels menteurs et de mauvaises foi…. De plus dans le hall, ça sentait vraiment mauvais et ce n’est pas du tout accueillant. C’est tout ce que nous pouvons dire sur cet horrible hotel, Mal entretenu, car nous avons jamais eu notre chambre et ces gens ne le reconnaissent pas…… INCROYABLE de mauvaise foi

Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, weshalb wir nicht in Genuss aller Services gekommen sind. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet und in ruhiger Umgebung. Einziger Negativpunkt wäre die schlechte Wifi Verbindung, sollte man zwingend auf selbes angewiesen sein.

Also wir werden sicher nicht mehr bei Sonnenmatte Buchen. Vielleicht wenn es Renoviert ist. Und wir kommen aus der Reinigung und sehen alles, dass es viel Schmutz hat, die Wasserhähne verkalkt sind.Es läuft brauner saft bei den Wänden runter vor Feuchte,in die Duschwanne, zum Duschen nicht einladent. Es riecht sehr stark in den Zimmer vor alter und kaltem Rauch. Es war nicht angenehm, wenn wir länger geblieben wären, hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Mir fällt es schwer, die Unterkunft als „Hotel“ zu bezeichnen. Ist alles sehr pragmatisch eingerichtet und orgamusiert. Der Inhaber hat mich unhöflich beschuldigt, eine schlechte Bewertung abgegeben z haben - deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Die Angaben wie Pool usw. sind überzogen. Am Montag kein Frühstück, weil die Angestellte im Urlaub ist... Auch ja: „Frückstück verfügbar“ heißt, dass man es Vorot extra bezahlen muss. Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft, unter Hotel verstehe ich jedoch etwas wnderes.

Es war nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt , haben keine grossen Erwartungen da wir nur zum Wellness gekommen sind !! Die junge Frau die uns begrüsst hat und das Frühstück gerichtet hat , grosse Klasse 👍 hätten es schön gefunden , wenn die Besitzer die wenigen Gäste persönlich begrüsst hätten.
