Can't fault it for the price
Brilliant location a ten minute walk to the attractions and the falls. Can't fault it for the price. (a word of advice don't go to Almacs buffet on the corner we found a fly in our food! There are plenty of other restaurants down the street!)

Not fancy - but a place to sleep for the night -
Service was prompt and friendly upon check-in. Inn is dated. Nothing special, OK if you are looking for just a place to sleep while you enjoy the area or are just passing through. You get what you pay for. Shower pressure was amazing. Food option was a vending machine and a pay coffee machine. Ideal for those on a budget or younger folks that are not picky.

Decent accomodations
Celebrating an Anniversary, stayed for two nights. Not the best place around, but enjoyable all the same. Clean room, comfortable bed. Not a far walk to all the Niagara falls attractions, 10-20 minute walk. Would stay there again no problem.Just your basic hotel room, nothing fancy. Could use some updating, but overall, not bad.

DON'T DO IT
Horrible stay... don't ve deceived by pics of the rooms... they look absolutely nothing like them in person... the first room smelled like mildew and mold... the carpet was filthy and nasty inside theroom as well as throughout the entire hotel... I demanded another room which ended up being worse... I pulled back the sheets to find two big blood stains... the other bed had used dental floss on it... the refrigerator was dirty... the room was so disgusting that we stayed out all night into the early morning just to shower and go back out... we demanded a third room which was a little better compared to the first two rooms and settled... we explained what happened at the front desk... we got nothing more than an apology... great location but sometimes you have to pay more for comfort...

Are stay over all was good. Are location was good for us we walked almost every where. They do have wego service but we did not use it. You see more and get to know the area better walking.. Toronto ws about one hour away and we spent a day there and another day exploring Niagara on the lake where we found a park where we climbed down small little cove on Ontario lake it was beautiful. Wehen we got back to hotel room was nice and cool. This a hotel that we did not spend a lot of time at but front desk was helpful. Most of are stay hotel was full. We had breakfast at the all you can eat for $6.99 but not the one near hotel but a few blocks the other way. Service better and more friendly. We skipped lunch and went out to dinner. We left soda and water in refrigerator also fudge. Never used TV. Brought are own soap and shampoo, also are hair dryer, curling iron. We only asked housekeeping for clean towels. Would we stay again yes we would.Location was nice and quite ,center of town was very busy until late at night.
