A really enjoyable stay! If you’re looking to be close to the train station or the Tivoli gardens then this is the place to stay. A beautiful bar with great service…. A very limited food menu so we chose not to eat. We also chose not to opt in for breakfast as it work out to be nearly £30 each which I find extreme. The rooms were well decorated and check in / check out was made really easy.

The staff amazing and helpful especially Nicolas at front desk/ restaurant lounge is top notch and unique ambiance and cocktails. Elevator added bonus for luggage. Stylish, cozy hotel with great service in a great location. Fresh and lovely breakfast. We stayed in the Junior Suite and was a bit disappointed that there pas no refrigerator/minibar in the room (also because it looked like it was on the website) but there is a refrigerator in the reception you can use. When we complained we were compensated with free breakast. All in all a great hotel!

t was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and beautifully styled. I loved that there was a bar where you could get a drink any time, and in the morning we could get barista-made coffee that was really tasty. The breakfast was very good, and we also dined in for dinner, which was incredible. The staff were really polite and lovely, which made our stay even better. We will be back!

I’ve stayed at plenty of NH properties before and this might be the best one. Located next to the train station, the hotel is extremely convenient to anyone looking to navigate the city. A few minutes walk from Tivoli garden or the meatpacking district, this hotel is in the best location in the city. Additionally the staff were excellent. They were warm, welcoming and friendly. Stellar hotel.
