I made the reservation this hotel which they have a free breakfast. Even though I understood the covid situation, there were a small brown paper bag that had a water bottle , a small banana and a nutrition bar near 7:30am . They told me that the breakfast time started by much early. So I went to the front desk two times to pick the brown bag up.

Thus hotel is in need of a serious renovation. The carpeting in the hallways are so bad and the rooms are not any better. Bathroom looks like they painted over black mold. I stayed here every year since they opened .. the first 5 years were great and afterwards it been a different story.

Room had a funky stench when we first walked in but it worked out for the price and location. The beds were comfortable. The staff on the other hand were indifferent to guests and not pleasant. When checking out we asked for our "to-go" breakfast bags, due to covid the continental breakfast was shut down, and it seemed like it that was a burden for the host at the front.

Arrived about 2:40 for check-in. Was told check-in is not until 3:00, which was fine as that is what was stated on the reservation. Sat is the car for 20 minutes until 3:00. At 3:00, went to check-in, as well as 5 other families before us. 1 person at front desk to navigate all those people in a tiny room in the heat of the summer. Waited about 25 minutes to get to the front desk.

This place was nothing like the pictures. It was ghetto and dirty, it smelled and felt very unsafe. The door was open when we got to the room and it was not clean. Mind you, we arrived 4 hours after check in time. There were other guess bringing in tons of beer to the back yard and smoking right in the front. I’ve been to plenty comfort inns and I couldn’t believe I was standing in one in that condition. The lady at the desk was kind enough to refund us 15 mins after we checked in. That’s the only good thing I have to say. Do not stay here!!

Had to request a new room first room tub eas not cleaned, towel wrapped around pipe under sink assuming because the pipe was leaking wallpaper falling and revealing black mold spots along worh candy on the floor night staff pretty friendly day staff not so much due to covid no pool hot tub or breakfast(unstandable) but not really worth the price.

Couple of mishaps that happened upon checkin but good customer service made up for it. First mishap: given a room that already was occupied lol, next 2 rooms the AC didn't work right. They then upgraded us to a jacuzzi room free of charge. Room was comfy, clean.
