Need More Staff
It was Ok when I arrived the room wasn’t ready only 1 housekeeper !! Stayed two nights needed clean linen the next day but it wasn’t any due to short of staff😩.

Never again
This place was awful! The minute walked in we could smell marijuana. Apparently it’s still being renovated but the paint and mixture of weed scent did not help. When we turned the AC it blew ashes out landing on our bed. We were woken up by a male who was sexually moaning. I think Hotels. Com should take it off their list.

Do Not Stay Here Ever
So they charged me before I arrived when I was scheduled for pay at hotel. It wasnt even comparable to the room I booked. Then when I went to bed, I felt as if the bed was damp, I was so tired from the travel I went to sleep. I woke to a weird smell, I decided that maybe the bed was damp due to COVID cleaning. Well I decide to pull bedding off bed and thats when I saw it, they had made thebed over a wet pissy mattress cover. I wanted to puke, I was upset crying and couldnt believe what I just had slept in. I took picyures of everything and video, it didnt come theough the sheets to where you could tell it, but the fact someone pissed the bed at the head of it and they just covered it up. The worst part wad this was suppose to be one of the newly refurbished rooms with everything new. The phone and night stand was sticky, not sure what that was. They cleaned everything and gave me 1 nights refund, (in my opion should have been for my whole stay) unable to find another hotel to change to. I wake up at night from a nightmare that Im in someones piss from this. I had to take 9 showers and I sprayed me with lysol before I felt even a little bit ok. This is just inexcusable, it was a hazard to my health and Im waiting to hear from the chain ower of this hotel.

Do not stay at this hotel!
When I drove into the parking lot, I saw the dumpster and construction and new I made a mistake. The lady at the front desk was nice and kind. The room was not clean, there were stains on the sheets, and very noisy. I could hear street noise and slamming doors all night long. I did not get much sleep. The bed was itchy and the pillows were gross. If you are smart, I would not stay at this hotel. Look at the pictures.
