Rama Beach Hotel Bali
We had the villa with private pool although we only used the pool a couple of times. The bed is huge, seems like 2 king beds together. Bathroom also very spacious with separate bath, shower and toilet. The bath even has a TV so one could have a soak and watch TV if desired. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice, only complaint was not great coffee. We really appreciated the friendliness and kindness of the staff, everyone had a smile and our driver was waiting at the airport even though our arrival flight was more than 3 hours late. Great location, just a short walk to beach and shopping mall. Overall a very pleasant stay and we would stay at Rama again when we return to Bali.

An ok stay
Overall the hotel was ok. Our suite villa with pool wasnt 100%. The patio and fridge cupboard doors needed some attention as either didnt close properly. The pool area was quite rustic and looked good. The hotel food was average. Breakfast was buffet style. Main pool area was nice and a pool bar to boot. Overall not too bad and quite close to the beach.

Private Pools are Cool
We booked a pool villa and were upgraded to a suite pool villa when they found out we were on our honeymoon. Thank-you! It was a real treat to have a private pool and it was very relaxing to have your own private outdoor space. We didn't want to leave. The included breakfast was ample and good. I would definitely stay again. The resort is a little let down by the area but there are a couple of nice food huts next to the beach if you decide to go off the resort.

I have stayed at Rama many many times the resort is missing quite a few experienced staff members who actually made the stay at Rama amazing but unfortunately they have been replaced by younger staff members and the service and atmosphere just isn’t the same However the resort is amazing but some of the rooms are looking a bit tired and need maintenance but I am sure once the funds start rolling in again all these things will be attended to

We liked the traditional style of the hotel and pool villa room, which was spacious, clean and private. Staff were always helpful and courteous. Gardens were well maintained and beautiful. We enjoyed the different choices of food available for breakfast. Taxis always available outside, money changers opposite the hotel and many vendor shops not far, including access to the beach. Not many people dining at dinner time - perhaps the hotel may need a change of menu or introduce something different like a band playing or karaoke? Some of the cheaper rooms looked like they need maintaining from the outside (rooms located on first floor). Overall we were very comfortable and enjoyed staying at the Rama Beach Resort. We would recommend staying here.
