La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ft. Pierce

Check in service they were not very accommodating… Got there early, so we left had lunch and came back to check in. Customer service was not very friendly. I informed them that all of the toilets downstairs were nasty and clogged and they were still not attended to hours later. No breakfast no explanation and nothing offered… Not even any coffee downstairs for arriving guests. All of the furniture was covered and taped off. Our beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The showerhead had absolutely no water pressure… Took me more than 10 minutes just to rinse off. I did notice one small German roach in the bathroom. I would not stay there again.

Property was clean, staff was vety pleasant. Minor problems that just showed lack of attention to detail. The HDMI cable was unplugged. The roller shade was not functioning and the curtain was partially of the rod so it was impossible to block out lights and provideprivacy. I did notify the staff.

This is a beautiful hotel but not taken care of. Our room was dusty, curtain torn down, shade bent and a funky smell in the bathroom. Hallway needed vacuuming, stairway had garbage and 2 of the 3 ice makers I checked were not functioning. Nothing offered for breakfast due to covid but other hotels have bag breakfasts.Sad this has been neglected because decor and rooms are very nice.

This hotel had been remodeled in August, according to the lady at the Front Desk. The first ding: It was advertised as having free breakfast, and even though the covid restrictions have been lifted statewide, all the lobby furniture and tables had that yellow (like crime scene) tape shutting it off and there was plastic over the couches. It looked like it was still a construction project. Going down the hall, the carpets were filthy with debris, both on the first floor and the 5th floor where we got out for our room. The recently repainted grey room doors were scratched everywhere, revealing the older red beneath. The room: it was nicely remodeled with new furnishings and art on the walls, but is was dirty, with greasy smudges on the bedside table and dresser. By this time we were feeling uncomfortable, but not enough to change rooms as it was already after 10pm. There was a stain on the floor near the bed also, revealing a spot that hadn't been cleaned. It's difficult to feel comfortable and relax in such an atmosphere. We were glad to check out the next morning.

Hotel is under renovation, yet the room rate was the same. Front desk attendant was not welcoming.

There was no coffee offered in morning. Bed too lumpy. No microwave in room. Now dog fee of 40 dollars Been staying at laquinta for years. Not happy with this one

Hotel was nice, beds were not conferrable at all.

The hotel has recently been updated It is fairly new and reasonably decent House keeping although advertised as daily was not it was every other day The room did not have a microwave as advertised There was not a fridge but a dink cooler So no freezer and no adjustable temperature Water pressure was slim Water temperature was hot Pool area was relatively kept and usable The as advertised Breakfast was non existent I think hotels should be responsible for quality and true advertising Even during the “COVID-19” pandemic If the are not offering normal amenities they should state that Also the 4am fire alarm was a little unrealistic with no apologies or compensation

It was awful. They had no breakfast, no coffee, the place was a mess. We left after the first night.
