Great location, great customer service at front desk. All staff were great but front desk service was superb with food recommendations on a sheet made up for guests was helpful and cool etc. food was great at hotel lobby open fave meatloaf sandwhich with fried egg and gravy on top will sit you down! lol and on the 16th floor the breakfast was amazing as well. Will stay again 💙

Great location adjacent to Convention Center as well as walkable to Red Hat Amphitheater, Performing Arts Center, restaurants, etc. Quiet room, spacious & clean, very comfortable bed & pillows.
