Parking £12 to park on site?? Scandalous! Rip off!!3 £14.50 for 2 glasses of wine? Bar maid couldn't change a barrel? £4 for 5 halloumi fries?? Rip off! Average age of bar and restaurant staff looked to have been around 16?? Clueless and not trained. I asked a waitress did potatoes come with the pie? She said, "haven't got a clue, ain't gonna lie"! The lift to our 3rd floor room broke down and was still out of order 4 days later! In todays times, repairs can be carried out almost immediately, not here though and no explanation as to why?? As a frequent traveller i can now see why the UK is finished as a holiday destination. Its all about ripping people off as much as possible. We spent almost £500 on 5 night and another 700 on food and drink...businesses are trying to claw back as much as possible after covid and its a disgrace! This hotel is a tired example of a company not investing in it, it's staff and its condition. Poor beds, uncomfortable rooms, domestic fittings, cheap furniture, and the list goes on and on! Shame on you the owners of this hotel. Charging to park in your car park? Disgraceful. Invest in you hotel or sell it!

It was mostly a nice relaxing stay, fire alarm went off but it was a false alarm and dealt with well. Would recommend.

This hotel needs some updates, rooms werent good, dirty carpet, noise, and I couldnt close the door to the bathroom and to the room. The mirror in the bathroom was very small and I couldn't access it, light didnt work and the bath was a little damaged. Great tv, coffee/tea facility, very clean bed and bed sheets. Staff at the reception - great, not very friendly at the spa.

Lovely hotel, problem with pool on this visit so was cold but glad it stayed open as I chose this Hotel for the Pool. I felt portion sizes of set meal at £29 were very disappointing so would not book half board next time.

To be honest we didn't have high expectations as had a really good price including room, breakfast and dinner but were pleasantly surprised! Rooms were nice enough, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Food included was really lovely and restaurant staff very friendly. Bar and reception area nicely presented. Pool is a bit strange as overlooked by restaurant/bar so we didnt use it. Spa looked okay but again we didnt use as you have to pay extra and its pretty small and had quite a few people in there. There was no availability for us to have spa treatments so we had these at another hotel. Overall i would say it's good for the price and pretty much what you'd expect for a 3 star hotel.

Park on the road hotel is on for free. Don’t pay £12 per day in the tiny hotel car park!! Very friendly staff, pool was clean and very nice facilities. Spa cost extra and wasn’t as good as the pool included in the stay. Room was comfy with good tv but outdated and could be a little cleaner

First impression- only 1 receptionist and waited at least 10 mins prior to being acknowledged on both occasions i spoke to them. The room we stayed in was 27 on the first floor- the most depressing room ever- small and hot, badly decorated and carpet lifting but the view was appalling- overlooking the over sized pipes/air vents which were extremely noisy at night- all night. I barely slept as the droning continued. I spoke to the manager and all he said was that no one had complained before.

Was very disappointed with the stay. The room was so hot (3rd floor) that we had to have the windows open all night, turn off the heating and have the fan going all night. We did not get any sleep in the 3 nights we were there. The room was very basic that needed some updating, but worse of all the lift did not work, my wife and I had to go up and down the stairs and being on the top floor was unacceptable, being 6ft 4inc I kept hitting my head on the stair calling. All in all a very disappointed person, if it was not for the kind, caring staff I would of left the first night we stayed. Well not be going back. Sorry for negative feedback.

Paid for spa facilities, steam room out of order. Builders working in the spa area with no forewarning. No refund offered. Room, clean, but very old and beaten up. Better off in a travel lodge or Premier inn.
