Average experience.

Good value for money, but rooms are due for an upgrade. Our shower drain was clogged, and the rooms are on the smaller side. We didn’t have ability to control the aircon which was automatically set to 24-25C, which was not cold enough when there is 35C outside. The fridge had issues keeping our drinks cold. Breakfast and dinner was OK, all drinks including alcohol was included, which was a nice gesture. Good location and amenities. Nice staff. Good value for money. All an all, an average experience due to the room issues we had.

This hotel got just 3 luggage trolleys. When you arrive to the hotel they will help you bring the luggage to the room but when you leaving you are on your own. My wife and I travelling with a 7 months old baby, 6 years old, and 2 elderly over 70s. I went to ask the reception for spare trolley the answer was no, then I asked the guy who helped us on arrival and he no longer offer his help as we are leaving. What a lovely joke! I ended up spending over a taking all bags from room to car park on my own. At the checked out desk, the reception lady asked me if everything ok, I said no, because your hotel offer no help for the guests with their bags especially those travelling with young and old. When we about to step out of the hotel then they brought us a trolley. For me, it was basically a joke and the worst part of the stay. Thank you for the hospitality but I will never come again.

Værelset var meget slidt- der var beskidt. Det var skimmelsvamp på fugerne på badeværelset og små fluer. Pool området var overfyldt og personalet virkede ikke til, at de gad deres gæster på hotellet. Spisesalen var ligeledes overfyldt og personalet gik ikke særlig meget op i hygiejne - ofte manglede der håndsprit ved indgang. Vi rejste før tid, desværre.

Rent, fint och väldigt trevligt och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var utmärkt med mycket bra utbud. Middag: mycket bra varianter med sallad, såser och annat tillbehör. Önskar bara att det fanns lite mer fläskfria maträtter speciellt köttfärs rätter mest för barns skull. Tre bassänger uppvärmda med rent, fint område och det saknades aldrig solstolar och parasoller.

Radgarage ist Abstellraum für Paletten. Es tropft von der Decke und am Boden steht Wasser. Wellness: eine von zwei Duschen defekt. Armatur abgerissen. Bei einem begrenzten Zeitfenster vonzwei Stunden wurde erstmal der Whirlpool wegen Wasserqualität für 50 min gesperrt. Frühstück: Resteverwertung vom Abendessen des Vortags. Alle Tische reserviert für Jugend- und Sportgruppen. Für die wenigen andren Gäste kaum Sitzgelegenheit. Abendessen: Bis auf Pizza die frisch gemacht wurde jede Speise lauwarm oder kalt. ReTeverwertung vom Vortag. Vermutlich nur von exern vorgefertigte Speisrn due in der Küche lediglich lauwarm aufgewärmt werden. Manche Speisen werden sichtbar gegrillt: z.B. Fleich oder Fisch. Leider aber nicht durchgebraten. Forelle innen roh Grillfleisch nur eine Seite gebrate, die andere roh. Rezeptionsbereich: schon nach dem Frühstück All inclusuve Fussvaklvereine mit Socken azf den Tischen und in jeder Hand Bierbecher. In den Fluren wurde duch Radfahrgruppen und Fußballgruppen massiert. Im Speisesaal war sowohl beim Frphstück wie auch abends die Geräuschkulisse so kaut, dass eine Unterhaltung an einem Tisch nicht möglich war. Reisezeit Anfang März. Zu 95% Fußball Kindergruppen zwischen 8 und 13 Jahren ohne erkennbarer Gruppenleitung oder Fußballvereinsausflugsgruppen zwischen 16 und 35 mit erkennbarer Vorliebe für Alkohol oder Radrenngruppen - alles 24 Std in Jogginghose und Sandalen. Hotel für einen erholsamen Urlaub keinesfalls geeignet.

Odličan izbor hotela za tu cijenu. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i recepcija bi nam izašla u susret te nas ranije pustila u teretanu. Svaki dan bi bilo nešto novo za doručak i za večeru, raznolik izbor mesa, riba, pizze, predjela, deserta… Sobe su uredne i čiste iako je namještaj nešto stariji i madraci poprilično istrošeni
