Enjoyable stay!
We stayed in Cheltenham as we were attending a concert. Hotel very good. Staff seemed very busy & preoccupied but not unpleasant. Breakfast was amazing as we were only expecting a limited continental breakfast. There were hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, fruit & all were very tasty. Very impressed by that. We had asked for twin beds but we’re given a double bed & a ‘put you up’ which wasn’t particularly comfortable. Seemed strange not to just have two single beds as requested. However, this is a minor detail and would not put us off staying again when we are next in the area. Good value for money.
