The staff was wonderful!!
The hotel was going through renovations. If it weren’t for the wonderful staff I would have changed hotels. In fact, the staff (Edith, food services, & the front desk staff) was so helpful and friendly I would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Consistently dirty across rooms
The hotel was under renovations without notice. We had to move rooms upon check in because there were roaches, one feeding on a pubic hair. In the new room, it wasn’t clean either. More hair in the bathroom and the corners of the room had hair, dirt, and other nasty stuff. The shower felt like you were in a dirty place to get clean. I’ll never stay here again.

Not pleased.
They were in construction, elevator a mess. You walk in a lobby attendant doesn't speak. The king suite you ordered and paid for on hotel.com is not available. Just given a cheaper room.
