Residenza Ki - Bed & Breakfast

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, friendly and clean place to stay in Rome which is close to the local sites, then I would highly recommend this hotel. It isn't a traditional hotel, more like a number of apartments with a central breakfast room. It is basic, but the bathroom has a fantastic shower and a bidet, (so perhaps not too basic!), and there is a small fridge in the bedroom. The room was very clean and spacious, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a traditional continental breakfast and was plentiful - my children tell me that the hot chocolate is the best they have ever tasted. It is located approximately 3 mins walk from the Trevi fountain, and about a 10 minute walk to the top of the Spanish Steps. After reading some of the reviews after we booked I was a bit concerned, however I really didn't need to be, I would recommend this to friends & family and would certainly stay here again if I ever visit Rome again. If you want your sheets turned down and chocolates left on your pillow, then this isn't the place for you, however if like me you want somewhere cheap, cheerful and clean to rest your head after a busy day in Rome, you won't be disappointed.

The only thing that was exceptional was the location. The receptionist was uninterested. Didn't want to engage with the guests. Breakfast could be better but the hosts at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. They were better suited as receptionists. Only stay if you want to stay near everything including hop on hop off stop and don't mind stiff bed.

Excellent place!! Centrally located to Pantheon. Close to Metro. It's ideally located in a great area.Quiet street. Very close to a super market called Coop.... definitely a place to stay. The breakfast is amazing! Scrambled eggs to sausage to fresh cut fruit to yogurt to fresh breads!

The breakfast was a highlight for us! And Palmira and Valeria are the best! Even made a bday cake for my 4 year old!

Amazing first time stay in the heart of Rome. Great location, close to all the sights (walking distance). The owner Diego is such a kind gentleman and so very helpful! Cleaning and cooking staff were friendly and the breakfast was always delicious. Room was cozy and always clean. Would recommend this place to everyone!
