This hotel is always fabulous service. They have a Starbucks on site which is great for mornings and they even had a semi-real breakfast despite covid restrictions that we've had at other hotels. It was so nice to have breakfast options again even if it wasn't a hot breakfast. Staff always super friendly and accommodating as well.

Stay was very good, customer service was excellent, rooms were modern and clean. No microwave the room and the shower door is designed to remain open during use this made my showers cold and floor wet.

Allie the front desk was very helpful, she should be recognized for her service. I was in early and she told me that she'll get the room ready for me and asked me if I wanted some coffee while I was waiting for my room. I was happy to get the coffee from her. Great service from her. Room was ready in 15 minutes and was very happy.

Good hotel
Overall this hotel was very good, agreed with their COVID policies and appreciate their concern for our well being. Their preparation of morning breakfast was good and much better than others I have stayed at recently. The only complaint was the lack of two bed rooms and the sofa sleeper was not great.

I got stranded there during a survivor snowstorm and booked by accident a night later. Upon pulling into the parking lot I noticed the walkways plowed as good as possible, very good! It would whis the roads were like the walkways at this hotel. The staff took great care of me and changed the booking for this night. Unfortunately it took a while for hotel.com to respond. I was hanging out in the lobby and the hotel staff offered complimentary drinks and took great care! I didn't take one, because I just had dinner, but I felt very safe and taking care. You could feel that the front desk person wants to take care of customers and help them out. Give that man a rise! I will come again!
