Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were so accommodating however, my sister called specially from London to arrange some surprise drinks for me and my husband’s wedding anniversary which never took place. My sister enquired about this a day after and the hotel assured her they gave us our complimentary drinks with a special message but this never happened and we never received anything.

Very German Area
Nice clean and modern hotel, with spa facilities. Connected to 2 lovely restaurants and on the beach front. Gym equipment was a little dated and the food towards the end of breakfast was cold/stale. No effort was made to replenish within the last 30mins of breakfast.

Great hotel, great staff
Lovely ! A little far from Palma (20minute taxi drive) and in the middle of the party district, but it's the perfect middle point between all the different beaches and the city (Es Trenc 40mins by taxi, Cala Blava 10-15mins). The staff is fantastic, the rooms with the balconies are perfectly clean and comfortable, the adult pool is calm and beautiful, and their restaurant "Little Italy" is amazing. Their desserts are especially worth trying, and you've got a ton of Spars and other grocery stores a stone's throw away.

Not impressed, I will not return.
I did not enjoy my stay at Playa Golf. The staff were incredibly unfriendly and rude, the rooms were not clean and by no means reflective of a 4 star rating. The gym was dirty and had such limited equipment. The only redeeming quality was the breakfasts. I would not stay here again or recommend it to someone else.

Ideal for German People
It is a very German peoples hotel. The TV is mostly in German Language and when people greet you the first language is German. This was difficult because of our lack of German Speaking but the people were lovely and friendly. We had a double room (2 single beds) and we found the beds to be uncomfortable. The Air-Con also didn’t work so we slept with the terrace door open all night. However, the Hotel is Beautiful. The staff are very friendly and nice, the pools and the amenities are amazing and it’s right across from the beach. The breakfast and Dinner options are incredible. I’ve never been to a hotel before with such options.
