Designer but not Practical
Rooms are very designer and not necessarily practical! A lot of water leakage when showering, shower door does not open over bath mat, lighting in room awful, no full length mirror. AirCon noisy. Light control panels difficult to see at night! Bath not usable because of design, just used it for stage space as not much storage for toiletries, make up ect.On the plus side staff were friendly and efficient. Good choices at breakfast. Comfortable sun loungers. Great location in La Vie Shopping Centre.

Pool is great. Spa is ok. The rooms need some updating and are not cozy. Needs new mattresses. Expect more of a Las Vegas feel. The light switches etc in the room are difficult. Kinda silly. Breakfast and service was good. Pool up top is incredible. It’s located in a mall and it’s not a cozy feel hotel. Staff is great helpful and friendly. Overall all good just know it’ll feel more like a Las Vegas hotel than a natural Madeira hotel

Liked the location, roof top pool, bar restaurant, and buffet breakfast. Disappointed in the room- so dark and poor lighting that you could not read in the room. Further, room looked into other rooms across an interior courtyard. Also not very functional rooms. No place to hang a robe or towel anywhere near the shower area. Poor wifi in breakfast area- often not available. Service spotty.
