On arrival I found that I had neglected to ask for a ground floor room due to an issue using stairs at the moment. The receptionist kindly moved me immediately to a ground floor room with no issues at all. She was really helpful and understood the issue. Bathroom very good but the 'stylish' basin taps handles are nearly round, making them difficult for older/weaker hands. No lift.

The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime.

Not a bad hotel. Stayed here once before. Checked me in earlier than 3pm which was appreciated. Payed for a premium room and it was very nice, spacious, clean, big bed and large double shower which was impressive. Room was quiet and had an excellent nights' sleep. Bar/restaurant was a bit cold (in feeling), that's my only criticism.
