Our stay at this hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is perfect, and our suite was absolutely wonderful — elegant, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the service. The team at The Level reception deserves enormous credit. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine attention made at least 50% of the overall experience. They went far beyond what you normally expect and made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our stay. It is rare to find a place where the setting, the atmosphere, and the people come together so perfectly. We will absolutely return and can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something truly special.

This was the perfect hotel for a few days in Granada & to see Alhambra. A short taxi from the bus terminal and train station (12 min walk) and right in the heart of the shopping areas. Lovely hotel with modern designs and stylish room. Nice large shower too. Everything is walkable from the hotel, the old town and Alhabra are not far (amazing bus service around the city from the stop close to the city) and the flamenco caves are a short cheap bus/ taxi away and well worth a visit. This was the perfect hotel for a few days exploring Granada and the spectacular Alhambra
