    There’s not enough words to describe how good was my stay at media rotana which made my holiday in Dubai “super amazing”. Great infrastructures, amenities, service, breakfast, location. Staff really take cares about customers, always present and professional. A special thank to AZEEM which was so helpful, kind, professional, always available to help and give helpful, rights and wise advices. Media Rotana must be proud to have a such skilled employee. If I back in Dubai in the future, I’ll choose 100% Media Rotana again.

    Enjoyed my stay at Media Rotana. Checking in was nice and easy and also my room was ready on arrival. I asked for early check in. Housekeeping were welcoming and kept the rooms very clean sometimes twice a day. Nelsons bar was really good food was excellent. The staff Rhia, Vernadette, Katerina and Cynthia looked after me every day reserving a table for me. Jith the manager and Junaid and Daniel the security guys were very welcoming. Good prices for food and beer. Can’t wait to go back soon. Steve

    The staff are really friendly and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis which was amazing. However, I booked two rooms and they could not provide both rooms on the same floor which was disappointing. The room service menu was limited. Overall, the hotel is in a good location and staff are very helpful and go the extra mile to assist which was lovely.

    One night stopover

    Have stayed at this hotel on many previous occasions and am always happy with the overall standard and service. The only variable to the service tends to be if the Reception Desk is busy or quiet on arrival. On this quick visit my check in went very smoothly. There is construction work commencing opposite the hotel, and so that will need to be considered on any planned future visits.
