Beautiful facilities, welcoming family & staff
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas and wish it could have been a week! The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, and did everything to ensure we felt at home in their home. The premises are gorgeous - I wish I could have got to know the wine cellar better and made a hammam appointment, but we were too busy with the day-long Red Tour and Green Tour (also organised by Aydinli and must-dos from Goreme). The room was very spacious and cosy-warm, even though our first morning we woke up to a few inches of snow. The bathroom was enormous and immaculately clean- loved the wet room shower and the smells of the provided toiletries. Nice breakfast spread each day - be ready for a bit of a climb up to it, but the views will reward you. Worth it to be sat at breakfast before sunrise to see the hot air balloons start to fire up and ascend over the valley. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from many fabulous restaurants (Pumpkin was our favourite, necessary to reserve in advance) and shopping (loved buying a carpet from Sultan's Carpets). Airport shuttle will drop you at the door, and the Red/Green Tours and Balloon companies will pick-up/drop-off from the lobby too. Sadly weather prevented us from going up in a balloon (wind cancelled them for a few days in a row and we flew out the morning they finally went up!) so we will be returning to Goreme, and wouldn't consider staying anything else.

Amazing views and killer rooms
This place is incredible, super-friendly and helpful staff who give you genuine recommendations about best places to go/see/do, awesome breakfast with an incredible roof terrace overlooking the town, the suites are INSANE, we had room 8 which is a King Suite and it is ridiculous, all carved out of stone with royal velvet furniture and a massive bed, natural skylight, lobby with sofa etc. Well worth it, you feel like a proper sultan. They will also drive you around and pick you up/drop you off for any trekking you want to do round the valleys. Best place we stayed in Turkey. Shout out to Irfan and Ibrahim for being particularly friendly!

My best hotel experience to date.
I'm currently on a 3 week trip and while there's still one hotel left, I can confidently say this hotel will be the best of my trip. Before even arriving, I was emailed to arrange transfers (nice touch) in addition to balloon ride and tours- advising me of the options with reasonable prices. I had my entire trips activities arranged before arriving through expedient and great service via email. Once I arrived as well, they genuinely went the extra mile to make me feel like a family (all hotels try this, but usually it feels disingenuous) - not in this case. The room was gorgeous, the shower pressure was likely the best I've ever had, and I felt taken care of. The staff spoke great, conversational English, and I was even gifted some Turkish delight to take home. Additionally, the views are incredible- wake up to air balloons over the city. This was likely my best experience at a hotel- everything was seamless (everything was better than they said it would be) the staff were amazing, and the location + price + overall atmosphere was truly incredible. This is the place you want to stay in Cappadocia.

Just perfect!
We had a great time during our stay in Aydinli Cave House. The hotel's location is perfect (1-2 minutes of walk to the local town center). Room was very clean and well organized. Bed was comfy, heating was great (it was a winter trip). Fabulous open buffet breakfast in the restaurant with a great scenery. Hotel staff helped us even before we got to the hotel! They were very nice and helpful during our stay. We look forward to staying there again.

Amazing.
Aydinli Cave House was possibly the best hotel experience my friends and I have ever had. The hotel itself is optimally located, a 10 minute walk from Goreme City Centre. The rooms were gorgeous and spotless, and like nothing we've ever seen before. Mr. Demirci and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, all the way from prior to our arrival (arranging airport shuttle, balloon ride, tour) to during our stay (making restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, contacting people for us, giving us directions and rides) right up until we left (arranging the shuttle back, personally seeing us off). Breakfast was delicious, and served on a terrace at the top of the hotel with a lovely view. Highly, highly recommended.
