Do Not stay at this Hotel
This hotel is advertised as a "Five Star". It is no where near a five star . 1...The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom hadn't been touched. The soap holder still had used soap in the holder. 2....Breakfast each morning looked like the leftovers from yesterday. Spoons , glasses were always in short supply. The fruit , bread and ham/cheese selection looked like supermarket leftovers. 3....My Wife complained about the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the hotel duty manager sent the night porter to clean the place. This is more like a budget hostel dressed up . Awful .

Close to Charles Bridge
The front desk attendants and the bell man were so helpful during our stay. If I had known I would have asked for a walk in shower. Getting in and out of the bathtub was difficult for me. If you need special consideration, please ask.

Great place to stay
We were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Elias who went out of his way to help us various times. The hotel was close to most of the attractions in the city. We had a fantastic view and were very comfortable. Great quality breakfast.
