We enjoyed our stay here very clean friendly staff this is the 4th time we have stopped here on the way and way back from Disneyland Paris.

Adequate property. Good for the price. Very convenient location, near Channel tunnel.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. They are so polite, extremely helpful and moved us to a different room when we had a problem with noise above us. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had plenty of hot water. The free breakfast was very good and parking was half price provided we registered the car on their system. It was less than 10 minutes from Eurotunnel which was a real bonus.

Basic but does it very well, great stay and staff were lovely particularly with the kids

8/10 Very good

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very brief stay but perfect location for getting the train to France so we didn't use any of the services on offer as we left very early in the morning

8/10 Very good

Pretty basic hotel on the whole but it's an ideal location if you're taking the Channel Tunnel. Besides location, breakfast is perhaps the best thing about it.

Great stop off for the shuttle and the staff were amazing. The family room was too small. The beds are tiny for 2 adults and 2 teens

We had an amazing time the stuff was super kind and helpful especially Chris, who was super friendly and gave us good advice for a nice walk.

10/10 Exceptional

Great hotel and staff who were super helpful, but our room had massive stains on the carpet and sofa plus room albeit clean was looking a bit tired. Also lack of sockets near beds - we don’t all use older type usb & due to security wouldn’t want too.

Good hotel, busy but quiet. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location for Shuttle. Breakfast very good.

8/10 Very good

Clean and tidy and a good one night stopover as always
Verified review

8/10 Very good

Rooms were clean and all staff were lovely. The food onsite is decent but expensive. You now have to pay for parking £6 upon checking in. The family room however, we’ve outgrown. It’s a sofa bed and not ideal for two teenagers.the double beds also feel incredibly small. They need to expand some of the room sizes to accommodate more comfortable beds.

10/10 Exceptional

I found the staff at the hotel very helpful, and the room was clean and well equipped. I only stayed for one night so didn't use any of the additional facilities. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold meals and plenty of variety. If I'm travelling that way again, I would definitely re-book.
