The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a really awful driving experience en route and the lady at reception upgraded me really kindly as I was travelling alone. It was beautifully comfortable and cosy.

Poor 2.0
Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in over 20 years of business travel. I was expecting Basil Fawlty to appear. Huge queues at check in. Nobody answers the phone. You need to come downstairs to order room service which took 1hr 15mins to arrive and was cold but still got charged for it. Some of the staff were very helpful, the others just didn’t care. Don’t bother with the shuttle bus as I was told to turn up 90mins before my planned airport arrival as it gets really busy - very odd. So I got a taxi. It’s not particularly near DUB so to call itself an airport hotel is a bit of a scam. There was a Dublin water contamination which the hotel didn’t notify us until the following day - absolutely shocking. Basically the hotel is huge and badly understaffed to a point where nobody can assist you, take a phone call or have the ability to display it’s self appointed 4 star customer service. I can’t emphasise how bad my entire hotel experience was, I’ve never encountered a zero star hotel before.
