Not the best.
Way to pricy for not a great room. Breakfast was coffee and costco danishes. Room smelt like mild.

Very expensive for what it was. Basic motel. Nothing terrible but not good value for money. Non smoking room had lingering smell of smoke. Toilet tank leaked and refilled itself noisily every few minutes till I turned off the water. Someone was having an argument in parking lot at 1am. At $68 would have been ok value and one would know what to expect. At $168 not so much.

the continental breakfast sucks frozen waffles and corn flakes in old stale danishes the room's too small for two beds so apparently management is greedy by step into beds into a little room my bed was right against the air conditioner was barely eighteen inches to the other bed which was against the wall pretty much sucks the beds were different heights of the ground and terrible mattresses

Worst night in AZ.
Worst place I've stayed in a while. Check-in was a joke. No organization, so it took longer than it should. The room was clean, but extremely small, with one of the two double beds being shoved against the ac unit. AC barely worked, and it 100+ weather that's not acceptable. Toilet stopped flushing and the desk clerk had to come down with a plunger. Breakfast was coffee, cereal, packaged pastries and HB eggs.

Stay okay
walls were thin and I could hear every word the woman next door was saying. It was the room with a shared door. It seems that most hotels/motels nowadays don't have comforters, but just put white sheets in between a blanket. I assume this is done because the big comforters are too big to wash. I always put the comforter on the floor because I know it has not been washed and probably has a lot of germs. Something to think about for the future.
