8/10 Very good

Nice clean accommodations. Pillows were really uncomfortable, it’s a small thing but it really affects how you sleep. Bed was comfortable but it felt short for a king. My husband is 6’1” and felt like he had to curl up to fit on it length wise. Convenient location but half of the shops and restaurants are closed tues and wed and we were there for a mid week trip. Over all it was nice just minor inconveniences. Would stay there again

2/10 Poor

The room we got needs a new mattress.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The bed was horrible. My wife and I rolled into the middle. The mattress needs to be replaced. There were no extra blankets in the closet. We arrived late at night so by the time we realized we need an extra blanket. This resort is at 8000 feet elevation and it gets cold at night and the heater did not produce very much heat when turned up.

Not a great experience
Room was dated. Fireplace and window blinds not working. Room overlooking a busy road. Very noisy and not able to enjoy balcony. Not easy to find parking for a large vehicle. Service in the surrounding restaurants in the village was terrible! Unfriendly and not accommodating. We tried 3 different restaurants, and all were less than satisfactory. The breakfast restaurant was actually rude to the point we would not return a second time on our visit. We would choose to stay somewhere else in future.

Beautiful lodge only wished we had more time
We didn’t plan on staying at the lodge but found our selves needing a place to stay and this was the only place with a room. We were so surprised to fine such a great place. To sleep for the night wish would have had more time to explore will come back someday.
