A real gem in an ideal spot for visiting St Austell. Private off street parking and handy for the railway station. Very easy to get around town on foot from here. It's a lovely characterful, well maintained 1920's property. The room was huge and the bed wonderfully comfortable. Probably had my best sleep away from home in years. Bathroom as everything else was spotlessly clean with a lovely big powerful shower. The hosts were very welcoming through out my stay and the fantastic cooked breakfast in the morning was the perfect end to my time in St Austell and set me up very nicely for the day ahead.

This was the second time I chose Gwyndra House as had such a nice stay the first time. The lady who runs it is fantastic, friendly and always willing to help. The B&B is very near to the train station but you don't hear anything from the rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious, and as there are only 3 rooms, you really feel like you're being looked after. The breakfasts are amazing and highly recommended. I look forward to going back again.

Happy to have chosen 'Gwyndra' for our first stay on our travel to Cornwall. Place was amazing, we were taken through the process of accessing our room and facilities (which was amazing 😍) Room was roomy, bed was nice and would go back there again. Adelaide and her family were an Amazing Host. Thank you. The Breakfast was the best we had in our 3days visit to Cornwall.

The accommodations were just what we needed. They were comfortable, safe, quiet, and had some of the most beautiful views of Cornwall. The family is kind, accomodating, and friendly.
Breakfast was always fresh and delicious!

Adelaide & her family are friendly, welcoming hosts. They were able to provide helpful information e.g. best places to park on our days out, and kindly accommodated all our little requests. Spacious bathroom with a good shower, tea/coffee replenished daily, great breakfasts... overall good value for money and a handy location for exploring other parts of Cornwall.
