Superb B&B!!!!
So this isn’t the cheapest B&B is Keswick but for me it was well worth the extra money. Really well located for walking access to Derwent Water. The rooms were really superb. Decent coffee machines in room and very comfy beds. The breakfasts are next level! Andy clearly takes huge pride in this. The homemade yoghurt and granola was fantastic. The cooked breakfasts were also excellent. Top quality produce is top priority and it shows in the flavour. Andy was also very helpful; always happy to lend some ideas of what to do. I would thoroughly recommend Rooms36. Andy and his team have got it nailed!

Wonderful stay
This was a last minute booking and didn’t fail to impress. It was clean and well presented. Really comfy bed and lovely toiletries. Warm welcome and excellent varied breakfast. Recommend the fresh ginger tea! Brilliant location, buses and everything central to Keswick just by thanks to the underpass.

Brilliant B&B
Thank you Andy, for being a fabulous host. Kids had a great time with bunk bed and we had a good nights sleep after long walks and treks. Very good location and walking distance to the town. Clean and tidy. Great morning starts with homemade hot breakfast. Andy's bread and locally sourced Cumberland sausages were stand outs. Good juices and home made cereals. Simply brilliant!!!.....all the best for future...looking forward to the next time , Amardeep.

Upmarket B&B in a good location in Keswick
Stayed for 3 nights with family. Thought the overall standard of accommodation was really high and would happily stay again. We had two interconnecting rooms on the top floor which were really nice - plenty of space, clean and really comfortable. Good location for restaurants/town center and also for the lake. It was relatively pricey (maybe not for lake district at half term) but i thought worth it breakfast was particularly good

Perfect in all respects
Clean, comfortable, well-located, with great attentive service and wonderful breakfast. Andy and Charlotte are the perfect hosts, the inn is convenient to town and in the heart of the Northern Lake District. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped it would be.
