Disappointing stay
This was booked for an anniversary and it turned out to be pretty awful. The room was 9003. It was in a different building approx 3-4 minutes walk away. A ceiling tile was dislodged and there was a gaping gap in the ceiling . The shower door not working and the television was suffering from poor reception. Didn't use the spar as room too far away. Was told the room allocated was because of over booking. Very very disappointed,

Lovely hotel but let down by poor service
A lovely modern hotel in a fab central location and street parking outside. Unfortunately greeted with a very unfriendly front desk member of staff who pretty much grunted at us and that was it, took card details but turns out didn’t actually input them as we found out in the night when we wanted a bottle of water from the mini bar to find this was locked as she actually hadn’t opened it. When we couldn’t get it we rang room service for a bottle of still water and coke, which was brought to us about half hour later and turned out to be a glass bottle of coke with bottle top (no bottle opener) and sparking water!! Resulting in us having to go to reception at 4am to sort this out! This sounds minor but just ruined our experience here and not the service you expect from a hotel like this.
