The staff are great!

The staff make this hotel, very efficient and personable which you don’t get in many hotels. The rooms don’t have air con so can be very hot (although fans are provided) Rooms on the main road can be very noisy if you have the window open (needed if hot). Generally though a very nice stay and nice bar/ restaurant area.

The garden is lovely, a real bonus for a city hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast. The single room was very small but had a nice window and was very clean with nice sheets and the much appreciated bath.

I requested a quiet room and got a really noisy front facing room where the curtains were too thin. Bright lights need a black out curtain and noise made for a terrible night. Staff at the front desk were friendly though.
