Comfortable and clean hotel in a great location for Disneyland, Universal and shopping. Although it was on the very busy International Drive, the hotel itself was slightly set back from the road so was surprisingly quiet! There was a good selection for breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The free shuttle service to the main theme parks was really useful and a great ‘extra’ for the price. Only downside was that the shuttle leaves the parks quite early so you miss the end parades/fireworks.

Handy hotel but very tired
The hotel was handily situated on international drive but the free shuttle to Disney didn’t stay late enough and they didn’t service our room twice in the week and didn’t seem concerned when we asked about it. The breakfast was great and the lady who served it was brilliant but the rest wasn’t quite as good as most holiday inns I have been to.

The check-in process was delayed because the room that was reserved was not ready; waited 40 minutes for it! The general cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, so was the free breakfast every morning.

When we got there. nobody was at the lobby we waited for 10 minutes for someone to show up. Check in was at 3pm. We got there at 8:40 pm my room wasn't ready. They were on short staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms was clean and comfy. I stay 3 nights nobody came to clean the rooms. We was always going to the lobby for towels and toilet paper. Most of the time they were nobody at the front desk. Worst Holiday inn I been to. We left at 5:30am no security taking care of the building or someone at the front desk.feel really unsafe and anyone could go in to the building. Most hotels have the door lock and you just put your card and door will open. Not at this hotel

Definitely going to stay here again.
My wife and I loved the hotel and our stay, everything was great. We loved how modern the room looked and the view of the pool from our window. We have already discussed coming back and staying here again. There were minor problems like the sink being too tall, no trash bags, the bed was a little firm, and the hot tub was broken. These were all things that were so minor to us but might mean something to everyone else. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the overall feel of the hotel was on point. Everything seemed to meet all cleanliness to combat Covid. If you are looking for a great place to stay definitely stay here!
