The check in staff was a bit rude. I was given a room that I didn’t even book. I found two bugs in the room, and was told upon check-in that there was no housekeeping service, and if I needed additional towels I would have to request it at the front desk.

Needs to improve.
The staff on April 23rd was good when I checked in. The staff at checkout in the morning seemed annoyed anytime a guest asked a question. The elliptical equipment and several tread mills did not work in the gym. The hotel is new but there are better options in the area.

Our Short Getaway
Our first night the air conditioner wasn’t working. We reported the problem and they did a work order. Next day they switch us to another room. Air conditioner was frozen. Other than that our stay was great. Super friendly staff and clean rooms.

Dirty hotel, trash in entry and halls, one front desk woman (seems to work noon and early evenings) was helpful but otherwise had a very tough time trying to get any help or service. Rude, unflexible, completely out of towels and shampoo! Parking felt unsafe, neighbours were noisy, shower dripped all night. Room was humid.

Truck was burglarized.
Truck got broken into even though we only parked 5 spaces away from the door. Front desk staff said “we can’t do anything about it” yet they had a camera pointed right at the spot we were parked in. She wouldn’t even let me see it.

Always happy with my stay here. The junior suite I stayed in was not the one they usually put me in and was not as nice but still very roomy. Bathroom tub needs to be updated. I understand the breakfast situation due to COVID. Overall great stay. I would definitely recommend

Don't book for the pool
I booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool. Before i booked i called to make sure it was open due to covid and they advised it was. When i checked in they told me the pool was open until 10 pm. An hour later we went to the pool and there was a sign stating it was closed. When i asked they said there was an emergency and it would not be opening. I contacted hotels.com to see if there was any type of discount i could get, when hotels.com called the hotel they told them it was only closed for cleaning and would open shortly. I waited a few hours then went back down and they told me the same that it was closed for cleaning, but there was nobody cleaning it. About 30 min later i asked again and they again said it would not open until the morning. I didn't appreciate being lied to. Also, when i asked for extra towels for the room they gave me one and said that was all they had. Staff was a little rude.

The aggravation not worth the money saved!!!!!
The hotel was nice but when we got there a little after 4pm we still had to wait an hour before our room was ready. We had to sit in the lobby and hear another couple that was pretty mad on the phone complaining about their hour and half wait. The next day we returned to our room a little after 7 to find no clean towels in our room. I called the front desk and was told there were none available at the time. The manager stated there were some still drying and she would call me when ready. I waited and hour and half still no call so I went down stairs to find the manager on her personal phone. When asked if my towels were ready she rushed to the back an brought out 3 large towels not even folded and handed them to me. I don't like getting aggravated while I am on vacation for things that should be done without asking. I will never stay at his Hilton again.
