You will be disappointed
I would not stay again or recommend others to stay. Far too dirty and old fixtures / fittings. Maintenance and cleanliness is minimal. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment

Superb location but so-so in other areas...
1. Superb location for this price, very close to shopping district and metro stations. 2. A hole is designed on the wall between bathroom & living area which kept blowing air that made the room super dry, and air keeps blowing to the head when sleeping. 3. Used glasses were only covered with coasters, not being washed at all. 4. Used shower towel/cloth which I left hanging next to the tub was not picked up. 5. Don't expect good views...particularly if facing the highway which is noisy.

Great Location
Location of hotel is excellent, only minutes away from Shimbashi Station and the Ginza shopping streets. Many eateries and shops around the area.

This is our 2nd time to stay in Ginza Grand Hotel. The hotel is reasonably priced and basic. I found our room very small (as in other hotels in Japan) with limited walk space and no closet at all. Though I like the area of the hotel, which is accessible to many restaurants, bars and shopping. And the immediate vicinity is not as crowded as Shibuya. Also, Shimbashi train station (exit 3) is just 2-3 minutes away on foot so it’s efficient to travel to and from other areas or prefectures.
