Angry and disappointed
Very angry and disappointed . We were coming from Liverpool and Because of weather warnings not to travel we decided to delay our trip but neither Hotels.com or Whitehorse would agree to this so we lost the booking for two nights. Turned out to be the right decision on our part as people stranded in M62 overnight!!! As this was a National warning surely there could have been a little consideration given by you and a credit given

Nice period property. Nice big room and lounge area. Crisp clean bedding however pillows really flat. Curtains could do with a good clean. Location was great.

had trouble getting hot water in the shower and the hot water tap in the bath only came out as a dribble. loved the breakfast room with open fire and lovely warm bedroom.
